The episode features stories shared by Deakin academic Siva Krishnan\u00a0about his experience of co-authoring\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/deakin.pressbooks.pub\/communicationteamworkskills\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Communication and Teamwork Skills to Support Neurodiversity<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0with\u00a0Teagan Menhenett\u00a0and\u00a0Nick Milne.\u00a0Siva\u2019s stories touch\u00a0on\u00a0his experiences\u00a0of collaborating with a student as co-author, why student-collaboration was important to him,\u00a0the impact the\u00a0OER\u00a0has had on him as an educator, and the impact the OER is having beyond Deakin.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The\u00a0OER\u00a0was\u00a0published in 2025 and\u00a0is\u00a0designed to support the neurodiverse student body with communication and teamwork skills.
