The team also worked closely with industry partner Built, whose staff generously shared their time and\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW104531810 BCX0\">expertise<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW104531810 BCX0\">\u00a0as interviewees, and Deakin\u2019s Digital Learning Futures (DLF) team, who contributed their production\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW104531810 BCX0\">expertise<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW104531810 BCX0\">\u00a0to bring the videos to life<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW104531810 BCX0\">.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW104531810 BCX0\">The collection celebrates the unique qualities of the construction industry in Australia. Each video is about 5\u201310 minutes in length, and there are nine in total.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><em><span class=\"TextRun SCXW104531810 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW104531810 BCX0\">Building Futures: Construction Career Collection<\/span><\/span><\/em><span class=\"TextRun SCXW104531810 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW104531810 BCX0\">\u00a0has already attracted strong engagement, with more than 150 downloads and\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW104531810 BCX0\">over 700 combined views (at the time of writing). Building on this success, the team is now producing a second set of career videos.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW104531810 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/oercollective.caul.edu.au\/communication-teamwork-skills\/\"><i>Communication and Teamwork Skills to Support Neurodiversity<\/i><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Communication and Teamwork Skills to Support Neurodiversity<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> was authored by Teagan\u00a0Menhenett, Nick Milne, and Siva Krishnan. The resource was designed for staff and students as an ancillary resource guide to support the neurodiverse student body in developing two key professional practice skills: communication and teamwork skills.\u00a0One thing that is really special about this resource is that Teagan, the first author, is a student at Deakin.\u00a0This is an excellent example of how OER can enable collaboration between faculty and students. The resource has already had\u00a0significant\u00a0impact\u00a0at\u00a0a course\u00a0level for Bachelor of Engineering students. Looking at who is accessing the resource outside of Deakin, we are getting referrals originating from\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/aus01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fheadspace.org.au%2F&amp;data=05%7C02%7Cl.halcombsmith%40deakin.edu.au%7Cea859d0028484061c32508ddef598da2%7Cd02378ec168846d585401c28b5f470f6%7C0%7C0%7C638929890125821713%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=8YLuG2TgynbtkybKI5Ud2L3nOmkZ8%2FmvUR5OC9qsxv0%3D&amp;reserved=0\">Headspace<\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, UNSW, SCU, University of Tasmania, and the University of Canberra. What does inclusive assessment look like in practice, across different contexts? What opportunities and challenges arise when trying to change assessment practices?
