That means it\u2019s more important than ever to take a moment for yourself. The Library isn\u2019t just a place to study \u2013 it also offers great spaces to reset and recharge. Here\u2019s how you can make the most of our resources to support your wellbeing.<\/p>\n<h2>Find a moment of calm in the Reset Room<\/h2>\n<p>Need a private space to regain focus and calm? We\u2019ve introduced Reset Rooms in all our libraries, designed to support self-regulation and provide a safe, soothing environment. As part of Deakin\u2019s commitment to accessibility and inclusion, these spaces help students who need a moment of privacy or quiet.<\/p>\n<p>Each Reset Room features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a quiet and private space<\/li>\n<li>curtains and privacy film on windows<\/li>\n<li>comfortable furniture<\/li>\n<li>adjustable lighting<\/li>\n<li>a duress button for safety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Whether you need a short break, a quiet place to breathe, or a moment to recalibrate, the Reset Rooms are here for you. Thanks to our new partnership with the iconic Melbourne bookstore, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.readings.com.au\/\">Readings<\/a>, you\u2019ll find a fresh selection of fiction and creative nonfiction books each month. As your studies wind down, take a break from academic reading and lose yourself in a new world. Whether you\u2019re into mystery, fantasy, or contemporary fiction, there\u2019s something for everyone. There&#8217;s nothing better than getting lost in a good book.<\/p>\n<h2>Wellbeing at Deakin<\/h2>\n<p>If you need support, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deakin.edu.au\/students\/student-life-and-services\/get-involved\/wellbeing-at-deakin\/mental-health\">Wellbeing at Deakin<\/a> offers emergency and crisis help, as well as health and wellbeing services.<\/p>\n<p>They provide resources across four key areas:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Mental health<\/strong> \u2013 Strategies and support for managing stress and maintaining balance<\/li>\n<li><strong>Physical health<\/strong> \u2013 Tips for staying active and healthy<\/li>\n<li><strong>Relationships<\/strong> \u2013 Guidance on building positive connections<\/li>\n<li><strong>Studies<\/strong> \u2013 Academic support and advice to help you succeed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You can also download the <strong>DeakinWELLBEING app<\/strong> for easy access to these resources and more.<\/p>\n<h2>Ask for study help if you need it<\/h2>\n<p>The end of the trimester can be intense.
