As you wrap up your final assessments and projects, remember that the Library is always here to help answer last-minute questions or find resources. Once you hit submit and send your hard work off to be assessed, we have some fun suggestions for how to de-stress and relax during the trimester break.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Watch something for fun<\/h3>\n<p>Did you know the Library gives you access to stream hundreds of free movies and TV shows on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deakin.edu.au\/library\/a-z\/databases\/results?record=e1001231\">Kanopy<\/a>? Read a good book<\/h3>\n<p>If you\u2019re looking for a book to get stuck into once all your required reading is done, the Library has heaps of novels and interesting nonfiction for you to choose from. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.deakin.edu.au\/article\/leisure-reading\/\">We made a list<\/a> of some of our recent favourites. Our Reading Nook collection is consistently updated with a diverse selection of excellent books from the iconic Readings Bookstore.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Learn how to do nothing<\/h3>\n<p>What better way to chill out than to put your headphones on, sit back and listen to an audiobook about doing nothing? <a href=\"https:\/\/learning.oreilly.com\/videos\/how-to-do\/9781684573929\/\"><em>How to do nothing: Resisting the attention economy <\/em><\/a>by Jenny Odell is a &#8216;love letter to all the things that Odell thinks are worth redirecting attention to \u2014 and for.&#8217; (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecut.com\/2019\/05\/meaghan-oconnell-reviews-jenny-odells-how-to-do-nothing.html\">The Cut, 2019<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><em>How to do nothing<\/em> is an action plan for thinking outside of capitalist narratives of efficiency and techno-determinism.
