You could win an iPad just by sharing your thoughts on the Deakin University Library!
We’re always working to update and innovate in what we do as a library to better meet the needs of our users. That’s why every couple of years, we like to check in to see how you’re finding our services and what ideas you have for us to improve.
The Library Client Survey provides you with the chance to share your opinions regarding the quality of library services and amenities. We invite all Deakin staff and students to complete the survey, which will be open from Monday 4 September to Sunday 17 September.

We take your insights seriously. As a direct outcome of feedback received in previous surveys, we’ve put several initiatives into action to enhance your library experience. These include:
- Expanding our quiet study areas
- Increasing the number of study booths
- Increasing the number of powered desks
- Enhancing wi-fi performance in all campus libraries
- Expanded operating hours across all campuses
- Expansion of the Library’s collection in electronic formats to support flexible education.
