From 1 December 2025, here’s what you’ll notice:
- Updated Library Help pages – find new enquiry forms and helpful articles at Library Help.
- Improved live chat – connect with Library staff quickly through new chat widgets.
- Access via Student Help Hub – you can now reach Library enquiry forms and guides from Student Help Hub.
- Email option – prefer email? Contact us at Libraryhelp@deakin.edu.au.
