About the digital displays

The Verge

We pride ourselves on innovation, with a strong focus on the student experience. To meet the evolving needs of our students, in 2013 we installed 5 high resolution touch screens – known as The Verge. Our video wall provides a progressive and dynamic way for students to engage with the Library.

The purpose of the Verge is to:

  • provide an engaging experience for visitors to the Waterfront Campus Library
  • enhance exposure to services, resources and events
  • encourage interaction with the Library, the space and the installations
  • be a focus for activity at the Waterfront Campus Library
  • be a talking point among library clients

We keep the content fresh and responsive to the times, with a different exhibition each week. Themes range from marketing collections to live-streamed sporting events. The Verge provides a hub of information and engagement for students at our Waterfront Campus Library.
