This Tuesday, Jefa Greenaway (Wailwan|Kamilaroi), the Principal Architect of Greenaway Architects, will be presenting a lecture entitled ‘The Time Is Now – for Blak Design’.

On the back of the Black Lives Matters movement, there is an acute interest in the role of history in informing the built environment. The importance of diversity and the role of Indigenous voice in challenging the lack of visibility of 3,000 generations of wisdom, knowledge and sustainable practice has never been more relevant in the Australian context. Drawing upon 25 years of experience, a provocative journey of celebration and culture will be explored by one of Australia’s leading architects.
